Terms of Use
These website terms describe the general boundaries of Hedgtrade. Specific connected-account, execution, enterprise or institutional deployments may require additional agreements and controls.
Plans and subscriptions
Hedgtrade may offer free, monthly, annual, professional and institutional plans. Features, account limits, connected-broker coverage and execution capabilities may differ by plan and may change as products move from early access to general availability. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a separate agreement, paid subscriptions provide access to the applicable software and research services rather than custody, brokerage or guaranteed investment outcomes.
Research and technology
Hedgtrade provides quantitative research, market intelligence, portfolio analytics and software infrastructure. Research, analytics, scenarios and strategy materials are not guarantees of outcome and should not be treated as personalized investment advice unless a separate regulated service is expressly agreed.
Connected accounts and execution
Trader, Trader Pro and institutional features may include connected-account or execution capabilities only where specifically enabled. Where specifically enabled, Hedgtrade may connect to authorized trading accounts, retrieve account information and transmit, modify or cancel trading instructions through supported broker infrastructure. Availability depends on account permissions, broker support, jurisdiction and the applicable service agreement. Users remain responsible for ensuring they are authorized to use the relevant accounts and functionality.
Custody
Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, Hedgtrade does not take custody or possession of client cash, securities or other assets. Assets remain with the underlying broker, custodian or other financial institution.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for account authorization, investment decisions, risk limits, trading permissions and verification of material account data. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of capital.
Accuracy and availability
Market data, broker data, positions, P&L, analytics and system status may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of upstream systems, connectivity, maintenance or other failures. Broker records remain the source of truth for actual execution and account balances.
Intellectual property
Hedgtrade software, research, models, written materials, visualizations and other proprietary content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Risk disclosure
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtests and simulations are hypothetical and may differ materially from live results because of assumptions, data quality, slippage, transaction costs, liquidity and market conditions.
