Top FAQs

How do I rotate API keys safely?
Create a secondary key, deploy it, confirm traffic, then revoke the old key. Use key scopes and IP allowlists to reduce risk.
What are your rate limits?
Per-key ceilings with rolling windows. Responses include X-RateLimit-Remaining and Retry-After on 429. See Docs → Rate limits.
Do you offer a sandbox?
Yes. Sandbox mirrors production schemas with synthetic/delayed data. Keys and quotas are separate from production.
How are signals explained?
Each response returns confidence, key drivers, and feature attributions so your committees can review model rationale.
Do you process personal data?
No. Hedgtrade processes market data and metadata required for service delivery. See Privacy for details.
How do I get enterprise support?
Priority plans include a shared Slack channel, response SLAs, and incident postmortems. Contact Sales to enable.
